How Long Does Delivery Take?

Your order will be delivered to your door within 7 working days for standard deivery.

On occasion, there may be a small delay if items are on re-order or at peak season (such as Christmas). Ensure to include your email address when you place your order as you will receive updates with regards to your order. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us for a delivery update.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

We use regular Royal Mail, so our P&P tariffs are standard and very reasonable.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

Email us at retuns@primrosehillboutique.com to request a Returns form and returns identification number (RIN) giving us your order number and as much details as possible about yourself and your order. Exchanges can only be made if you contact us within 7 working days of placing your order. Upon confirming the replacement item being in stock, we will notify you of the returns procedure.

Please note: we do not reimburse return postage costs.

What is your Returns Policy?

You have 7 working days home approval on any item you order, and if you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you can do so without obligation for a full refund.

Please ensure the item is returned unused, unworn and in original packaging with a copy of the receipt or order details. Note: return postage and packing costs are not reimbursed.
