Returns and Exchange Policy Only Relevant to Internet Purchases

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within seven (7) days of delivery and receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel the contract you must:

Send an email to info@primrosehillboutique.com in order to request a Returns form and Returns Identification Number (RIN)  within seven (7) days of delivery. We will then email you with the returns form and RIN which should be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging and on the completed returns form.



It is possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting Customer Services using the details provided in our ‘Contact Us’ section, but if the goods have already been shipped to you, you will have to return the goods to us before any refund will be issued.



If for any reason you decide you do not want your purchase(s) once received, then we will refund the value of the goods. This is subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, complete with all the manufacturers’ tags attached, and not worn, washed, used or damaged within seven (7) days of delivery. All items will be inspected upon receipt.



Your refund will not include the original postage & packaging costs.



Wrong or Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, or goods you did not order, return them to us within fourteen (14) days in original unused condition and we will either exchange them or refund you including your postage.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Primrose Hill Boutique Limited. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in place. Please wrap the package safely and securely.
