OUR ONLINE DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Hey beautiful people,

Here at PHB we pride ourselves on offering you the best delivery options we can so please find below our delivery and return details. Of course if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get in touch either via the Facebook page or by emailing us at info@primrosehillboutique.com
Please make sure you read until the bottom so you fully understand all our terms of delivery and returns.

• Orders before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders received after 3pm with be dispatched the next working day.
• Our offices/Boutique are CLOSED Sunday & Monday so no orders will be dispatched on theses days.
• We do not offer exchanges (so sorry)
• Delivery prices start from £1.99
• Click & Collect in- store FREE
• We will deliver to any country but if you can’t see your option then please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.
• We do not send orders on a Bank Holiday.
• If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, we can only offer a refund for our tracked services, and this will be once an enquiry has been raised with the courier and we have a response from them. The refund for our tracked service will then be issued at our discretion.
• We cannot refund or resend orders which have been lost within your workplace. If an order is delivered to your workplace, it is your responsibility to track down the parcel.
• We cannot offer a refund for lost items if you have used our saver non tracked service.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

UK SAVER DELIVERY (Royal Mail Standard NOT Tracked) – £1.99:

• 3-5 working days from the date you place your order.
• Sent via Royal Mail Second class Service.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail Express Tracked) – £3.99:

• 2-3 working days from the date you place your order.
• Sent via Royal Mail TRACKED Service. Please note a signature will be required

FREE UK STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY on orders over £100

• This is a tracked service and your order will be with you within 3-5 working days. Please note a signature will be required.

CLICK & COLLECT IN-STORE - FREE

• This is a free service for our local fashionistas to collect your order in store and save on postage.
• Orders will be ready the next working day
• Collections will not be available on a Sunday or Monday as our boutique is closed on these days.
• Please collect from Primrose Hill Boutique, 2 Market Place Shifnal TF11 9AZ between 10.30am - 5pm
• Please note your 14 day returns policy runs from the order date

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND STANDARD DELIVERY - £8.99

• This is a tracked service via Royal Mail which takes between 3-7 working days.
• This is a guide only and may take longer in busy periods e.g Christmas time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £13.99

• This is a Tracked Service - please note a signature will be required.

RETURNS:

• We hope you love your purchase but we understand there are reasons you may wish to return your item/s.
• Please return your unwanted, unused items with 14 days of purchase in its original packaging and tags attached for a full refund.
• Please complete your returns form that’s sent with your order and return it with your return to the below address
• Returns address : Primrose Hill Boutique, 2 Market Place, Shifnal TF11 9AZ
• We recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take any responsibility for the loss of your returns.
• Returns WILL NOT be processed without a returns form.
• We do not cover the cost of your return.
• All our Jewellery is unfortunately NOT returnable.

REFUNDS:

Please note, any returned items with visible stains, pet hair or scents to them such as cigarettes or perfume will not be refunded. Acceptance of returns is the discretion of the PHB returns team and each item will be inspected when they arrive back to us. We hope you appreciate this is for the benefit of our customers.

All of our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given.

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receipt back into our store.

EXCHANGES:

We do not currently offer exchanges as we can not guarantee stock levels at time of receiving your exchange request. If you would like to exchange for an alternative size we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred size. If you’re local to our store, you’re very welcome to exchange in-store if you’re within your 14 day exchange/return period.
